His frequent visits to the cellar left behind the memory of Antoine, bent over the tasting tap of the vats, quenching his thirst with a stream of fresh wine.

Legend even has it that his work capacity was multiplied tenfold after these refreshing breaks.

Our “lait de vigne” is a tribute to these generations of workers for whom wine was also nourishing.
